Your order submitted on this website, onceconfirmed by the online electronic order, means that you agree to pay thedisplayed price of each product and service in the order, including anysurcharges and shipping charges incurred as a result of the purchase. There isno refund for all fees and you cannot cancel or change the ordered items.
Products are all calculated in Hong Kongdollars, and all paid amounts will not be refunded.

The BCIL website accepts PayPal (creditcard) payments. (More payment methods will be updated one after another)
The order is subject to availability andfinal confirmation. BCIL reserves the right to refuse to accept the order. Therefund will only be refunded directly to your PayPal account or credit cardaccount.
Bank Transfer ATM Terms
The BCIL website accepts bank transfers(bank teller or online bank transfer) and currently provides HSBC and China(Hong Kong) bank account transfer. Afterthe bank transfer is completed, please keep the number of papers and email themdirectly to mkt@bci.com.hk.
